TCL Technology: rising prices of mainstream products are confident of continuous improvement in performance. TCL Technology recently said at a performance presentation that the company's gross profit decline in the first quarter was mainly affected by the display business. First of all, the first quarter shows the traditional off-season of the industry, superimposing the impact of annual repair of some of the company's production lines during the Spring Festival, and the overall production and sales scale in the first quarter is at a low level; secondly, the company's depreciation increases with the consolidation of some new production lines, resulting in a decrease in gross profit margin. However, from the perspective of EBITDA (profit before tax, interest, depreciation and amortization) and material gross margin of the company's display business, the first quarter is still improving compared with the previous quarter, and the endogenous competitiveness is increasing.
